Your rights and additional information about the use of data In some situations, the Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if it is necessary to perform the contract concluded with you or to fulfill the obligations incumbent on the Administrator. This applies to such recipient groups:

persons authorized by us, employees and associates who need to have access to personal data in order to perform their duties,

hosting company,

companies handling mailings,

companies handling SMS messages,

companies with which the Administrator cooperates in the field of own marketing,

law firms and debt collectors,

Your personal data processed by the Administrator will not be stored for longer than is necessary to perform actions related to them specified by separate regulations (e.g. accounting regulations). With regard to marketing data, the data will not be processed for more than 3 years.

You have the right to request from the Administrator:

their correction,

deletion,

restriction of processing,

and data transfer.

You have the right to object to the processing referred to in point 3.2 against the processing of personal data for the purpose of the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator, including profiling, however, the right of objection cannot be exercised if there are important legally justified grounds for processing, overriding your interests, rights and freedoms, in particular establishing, investigating or defending claims.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the operation of the Service.

Actions may be taken against you involving automated decision-making, including profiling, in order to provide services under the concluded contract and for the purpose of conducting direct marketing by the Administrator.

Personal data is not transferred to third countries within the meaning of the provisions on the protection of personal data. This means that we do not transfer them outside the European Union.

  1. Information in forms The Service collects information provided voluntarily by the user, including personal data, if provided.

The Service may save information facilitating the association of data in the form with the e-mail address of the user filling out the form. In this case, the user's e-mail address appears inside the URL address of the page containing the form.

Data provided in the form are processed for the purpose resulting from the function of a specific form, e.g. to perform the service request process or business contact, service registration, etc. Each time the context and description of the form in a readable way informs about its purpose.

  1. Administrator's logs Information about user behavior on the website may be subject to logging. This data is used to administer the Service.

  2. Important marketing techniques The Operator uses statistical analysis of website traffic through Google Analytics (Google Inc. with its registered office in the USA). The Operator does not transfer any personal data to the operator of this service, only anonymized information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user's end device. The Operator uses remarketing techniques, allowing to match advertising messages to the user's behavior on the site, which may give the impression that the user's personal data is used to track him, but in practice no personal data is transmitted from the Operator to advertisers. This technology causes Facebook (Facebook Inc. with its registered office in the USA) to know that a particular person registered on Facebook is using the Service. It is based in this case on data for which he himself is the administrator, the Operator does not transfer any additional personal data from himself to Facebook. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user's end device.

The Operator uses solutions to study user behavior by creating heat maps and recording behavior on the site. This information is anonymized before it is transmitted to the service operator so that he does not know which physical person they concern. In particular, passwords entered and other personal data are not subject to recording.

The Operator uses a solution automating the operation of the Service in relation to users, e.g. it can send an email to the user after visiting a specific subpage, if he has consented to receive commercial correspondence from the Operator.

The Operator may use profiling within the meaning of the personal data protection regulations.
